Once AAIMI Home Automation has collected a few days' data you can check out your home stats in AAIMI Data.

The previous version used a floor plan of your home and featured some of the same control options as the browser-based GUI. That's all gone, the program now only does data.

The AAIMI GUI module is called aaimi_home_analysis.py. Open the file in IDLE and select Run.

You'll see four graphs displaying hourly averages for your rooms from today and the previous day. They can display temperature, light or movement statistics.

To change the type or time of the widget, click the circle in the top left corner.

Select either Light, Movement or Temperature as the widget type

Select a room for the left side and the number of days ago. Do the same for the right-hand menus.

Next

That's it for the basic AAIMI tutorial series. Next we'll feature a series of advanced configuration tutorials on customizing and building on AAIMI's default settings.

Stay tuned till then, and have fun with AAIMI Home Automation!

Cheers
